Psyche SOS uses third-party AI services (including Amazon Web Services AI and Anthropic Claude) to process your uploaded materials, generate quiz questions, provide feedback, and analyse your academic performance. These services process your data solely to deliver the features you use. They are bound by strict data processing agreements and do not use your data to train their own models.

• Your data is stored on secure AWS infrastructure in the US East region
• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• Uploaded files are stored in private, access-controlled AWS S3 buckets
• We use industry-standard security practices to protect your account
• Access to your data is restricted to authorised Zenzele Zeal personnel only

• Service providers: AWS, Anthropic, and other infrastructure partners who help us operate the platform
• Legal requirements: If required by Ghanaian law or a valid court order
• With your consent: For example, if you opt into the admission appeal feature

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Psyche SOS uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. We use httpOnly cookies for authentication, which cannot be accessed by JavaScript and are more secure against common attacks. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect platform functionality.

Psyche SOS is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
