Terms of Service

Welcome to Psyche SOS, a product of Zenzele Zeal. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Psyche SOS.

1. Who Can Use Psyche SOS

Psyche SOS is designed for students enrolled at accredited universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, nursing training colleges, and other higher education institutions in Ghana and beyond. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and are currently enrolled or have been enrolled at such an institution.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. What Psyche SOS Provides

Psyche SOS offers tools to help students manage their academic life, including:

• Timetable and lecture schedule management
• Course material uploads and AI-powered study assistance
• Past question (Passco) practice and AI grading
• Attendance and session tracking
• GPA tracking and academic progress monitoring
• Study groups and peer collaboration tools
• Exam timetable management and reminders

These tools are provided to support your studies. They do not replace official university systems, academic advisors, or institutional records.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• Use the platform to cheat, plagiarise, or engage in academic dishonesty
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Upload copyrighted materials without the right to do so
• Impersonate another person or institution
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform

5. Content You Upload

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Psyche SOS (notes, materials, past questions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Zenzele Zeal a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your content to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content

Psyche SOS uses artificial intelligence to generate study summaries, quiz questions, feedback, and other academic content. AI-generated content may contain errors. You should always verify important information against your official course materials and lecturers. Zenzele Zeal is not liable for academic decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.

7. Admission Mismatch & Advocacy

If you indicate that you were placed in a programme different from your preferred choice, Psyche SOS may use your academic performance data to generate a data-backed appeal letter on your behalf. This is an optional feature. We do not guarantee any outcome from such appeals. Your data will only be used for this purpose with your explicit consent.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Psyche SOS may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We will notify you of any changes to pricing before they take effect.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Psyche SOS is provided "as is". Zenzele Zeal is not liable for any academic outcomes, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the platform. We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ghanaian jurisdiction.
